Make a greater impact on your organization
Our M.S. in Human Resources program is an advanced professional learning experience, designed to enable working professionals to rise to the challenge and complex workplace situations in human resources and talent management.
Courses are delivered in a mix of modes: many are in-person classes, some are hybrid (part in-person, part on-line), and some are fully online. Whatever the delivery mode, you will interact and connect with faculty and class peers in challenging and engaged dialogue. This will lead to deeper learning and help you distinguish yourself in the world of HR.
With the advanced knowledge gained through a master’s degree come major benefits: heightened respect for your perspective, a greater impact within the organization, and, of course, a higher salary than with a bachelor’s degree alone.

STUDENT SUCCESS STORY
“Getting my graduate degree from the University of New Haven propelled me above my peers in my career field. I developed a solid foundation of business fundamentals, leveraged the professor’s opinions in many career decisions I had to make, and used the HR knowledge I learned at school on the job almost immediately. A great HR professional must have excellent business acumen and HR expertise. The University of New Haven’s AACSB accreditation, combined with the fantastic HR professors they have, enabled me to take long strides in my career.”
